I would have thought that the rule only applies to any tyres bought from now on and ones bought last year would still be ok, but i may be wrong

I hope you are right Fee.
If not there are going to be a lot of unhappy people.

It looks to me like only branded tyres can be used. It states in the email,"No other tyres including un branded Toyo tyres will be accepted in the competition"

could they not sell us stickers or transfers for our current tyres. If not, there is going to be a lot of unhappy bunnies. Including me.

I wonder if the branded tyres will be mega cheap? I doubt it

Scott

Not sure if this was what the sms was about just now James but i reckon it was :)

Tyres that competitors already have need to be brought to the first round where they will be marked, this applies to people like yourself James who already have a stock/existing tyres.

One of the first things when this idea was put forward and being discussed was how it may affect existing owners of Toyo's and for this reason we have sorted out a way to alleviate any exisiting owners issue(s) and concerns, we do care about you guys :)

Glen

Glen

Will 'one hit wonders' have to buy a new set of TA branded Toyo's?

Cheers
Jon
