Background – 

Gary has enjoyed performance cars for many years, having owned a 450bhp 200SX, which was regularly used on track. The Evo was purchased with the intention of becoming a sensible road-car, but it didn’t take long for the bug to bite and 2007 was spent visiting various track days and sprint events with the car laying down approximately 550bhp at the wheels. Now, for 2008, it has been carefully and effectively prepared for Time Attack with what Gary feels is the ideal balance of awesome power, but great control and driveability. Couple this with Gary’s enthusiasm should make a great combination, despite throwing himself in the deep end!!

“For me Time Attack is the ultimate in motorsport events and to be involved amongst such a great line-up of fantastic well-prepared cars is extremely exciting. Even though this is my first competitive event, I feel that the car is so well put together and that it really is just down to me now to rise to the challenge! I have the advantage of having grown with the car through various stages of tune and hope that this will stand me in good stead for this event.”
