What started as a dream for the UK teams ended up a reality as the plane wheels touched down at Tokyo's Narita Airport on Sunday 2nd December...

With a total head count of over 30 people making the trip to support the teams, spirits were high as we boarded the coach heading for Yokohama, the headquarters of Do-Luck Japan, to catch our first glimpse of the cars on Japanese soil.

Huge 'Cheshire cat' like grins appeared on our faces as the roller shutter doors at the Do-Luck HQ slowly opened to reveal our four secret weapons laying in wait for us, this was real!

What was evident was that the Japanese teams had tested and perfected their machines for this track and the result was a set of blistering times that we tried hard to match.
