The 2026 Time Attack Championship heads to Snetterton on Sunday 2 August as Round 5 takes place at one of the UK’s fastest and most technically demanding circuits.
With four rounds complete, the championship enters the second half of the season and the battle for points begins to intensify. Every session, every lap and every point become increasingly important as competitors look to strengthen their championship challenge.
The Snetterton 300 Circuit offers a true test of performance, combining long straights, technical complexes and heavy braking zones. From the high-speed Bentley Straight to the demanding infield sections, success requires a car that is quick in every area and a driver capable of extracting the maximum from every lap.
Time Attack is focused on one objective: setting the fastest lap.
There’s no wheel-to-wheel racing. Each driver competes against the clock, pushing to extract the maximum from car and circuit within their class.
Across the day, competitors take part in multiple timed sessions, building towards the Super Attack Final where the quickest laps of the event are set.
The 2026 championship features a broad range of classes, from lightly modified road-based cars to highly developed time attack machines:
With the championship entering its second half, every point scored at Snetterton could prove decisive in the battle for championship honours.
The Time Attack Championship will be on track four times, spread throughout the day:
Each session allows drivers to refine setup and improve lap times, building towards the Super Attack where the fastest laps of the day are delivered.
Between track sessions, spectators can explore the paddock, get up close to the cars and speak with the drivers and teams as they prepare for their next run.
