In true Time Attack tradition, the first meeting in this year’s calendar takes place at Cadwell Park for the Championship’s annual early May Bank Holiday weekend visit to this unique and much-loved venue. Set deep in the Lincolnshire countryside, this famous circuit celebrates its 89th year and although renowned for its motorcycle meetings, provides a perfect amphitheatre for the first two rounds of Time Attack.
With its changes in elevation and series of technical bends, it’s one of the most demanding circuits in the UK and consequently a firm favourite with the drivers and spectators, who can watch the non-stop all day action from the many and varied vantage points around the track.
As well as featuring rounds one and two of this year’s Time Attack Championship, the event also hosts the first two rounds of the spectacular Motorsport UK Drift Pro Championship and the first ever appearance of the Racing Hondas Championship with four races planned over the two days.
And if that wasn’t enough, the Modified Live performance tuning show returns, featuring cars club displays, a show and shine competition, trade stands and a range of attractions.
Here’s what’s in store:
- Time Attack Championship – Rounds 1 & 2
- Motorsport UK Drift Pro Championship – Rounds 1 & 2
- Racing Hondas Championship – Rounds 1, 2, 3 & 4
- Live demonstrations
- Modified Live Tuning Show (Monday 1st May only)
